Everything here at Victoria Gordon Art is handmade, this means we are able to transfer your bespoke Pet Portrait to our high quality product range! We also personalise the eco-friendly packaging to add the extra touches. This includes belly bands for our 100% Cotton Tea Towels and boxes for our Bone China Mugs.

The starter pack is perfect to gift to a special friend or family member. Alternatively, it is ideal for you to keep in your home or take to the office.

This package is 20% the individual product retail price.

To qualify for this pack you must have commissioned a Pet Portrait at A4 or above. This is because images will become pixilated when upscaling an A5 commission to a Tea Towel. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To request a return, email us at victoriagordonart@hotmail.com. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a label.

❗ Custom items (e.g. Pet Portraits) and gift cards are non-returnable.

🛍️ Sale items are final.

📦 Exchanges can be made by placing a new order after your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU customers: you have 14 days to cancel or return your order under EU law.
